Особливості пренатального морфогенезу органів і структур дна ротової порожнини людини

Abstract

Дисертація виконана з метою з’ясування хронологічної послідовності виникнення джерел закладки, визначення особливостей розвитку та просторово-часової динаміки формоутворення органів і структур дна ротової порожнини в пренатальному періоді онтогенезу людини досліджено препарати 30 зародків, 30 передплодів та 60 плодів людини із застосуванням комплексу методів морфологічного дослідження, який складався з соматоскопії, антропометрії, ін’єкції судин, рентгенологічних методики, макроскопії, мікроскопії, тривимірного комп’ю-терного реконструювання, морфометрії та статистичного аналізу. На основі отриманих морфометричних параметрів людини у перед-плодовому та плодовому періодах онтогенезу встановлені критичні періоди розвитку структур дна ротової порожнини, виведені математичні рівняння, які описують нормальний перебіг органогенезу її утворів, що може бути корисним для створення діагностичних алгоритмів норми під час проведення прена-тальної діагностики та моніторингу стану плода, а також будуть корисними для створення діагностичних алгоритмів норми при пренатальній діагностиці вад розвитку щелепно-лицевої ділянки.

The dissertation was carried out with the aim of clarifying the chronological sequence of the origin of the sources of the bookmark, determining the features of development and spatio-temporal dynamics of the formation of organs and structures of the floor of the oral cavity in the prenatal period of human ontogenesis. Preparations of 30 embryos, 30 pre-fetuses and 60 human fetuses were studied using a complex of morphological research methods, which consisted of somatoscopy, anthropometry, vascular injection, X-ray techniques, macroscopy, microscopy, three-dimensional computer reconstruction, morphometry and statistical analysis. Based on the obtained morphometric parameters of a person in the pre-fetal and fetal periods of ontogenesis, critical periods of development of the structures of the floor of the oral cavity were established, mathematical equations were derived that describe the normal course of organogenesis of its formations, which may be useful for creating diagnostic algorithms of the norm during prenatal diagnostics and monitoring of the condition of the fetus, and will also be useful for creating diagnostic algorithms of the norm in prenatal diagnostics of malformations of the maxillofacial region.
