| Abstract: | The topic of studying rhythm and conduction disorders in patients with chronic coronary syndrome (CCS), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and obesity is important due to the fact that the presence of obesity increases the load on the heart, which is increased by the concomitant presence of chronic hypoxia in COPD, which leads to more frequent and severe rhythm and conduction disturbances in this group of patients. The aim of our study. To compare the rhythm and conduction in CCS, COPD and obese patients with CCS and obese patients, COPD and normal body weight patients, CCS, COPD with excess body weight patients and investigate the effect of ranolazine in combination with basis therapy on the quality of life of CCS, COPD, and obese patients. |
