Оцінка комунікативних компетентностей медичних працівників

Abstract

У статті розглядаються основні методи оцінки комунікативних компетентностей медичних працівників. Автор підкреслює важливість розвитку таких навичок, як вміння уникати конфліктних ситуацій з пацієнтом, проводити бесіду, вислухати і дати пораду, проявляти співчуття пацієнтові. Також розглядається уміння лікарем доступно аргументувати обраний курс лікування та уміння налаштувати пацієнта на позитивний результат лікування.The article considers the main methods of assessing the communicative competence of medical workers. The author emphasizes the importance of developing such skills as the ability to avoid conflict situations with the patient, to conduct a conversation, to listen and give advice, to show compassion to the patient. The doctor's ability to explain the chosen course of treatment in an accessible manner and the ability to set the patient up for a positive outcome of treatment are also considered.
