| Abstract: | Досліджено вплив багаторазового (7 днів) введення даларгіну (500 мкг/кг) на функціональний стан нирок у щурів. Встановлено збільшення діурезу, підвищення швидкості клубочкової фільтрації зі зменшенням концентрації креатиніну в плазмі крові, активацію кислотовидільної функції нирок, а також суттєве зниження концентрації білка в сечі та його екскреції. The effect of multiple (7 days) dalargin administration (500mkg/kg) on the functional state of the kidneys has been investigated on albino rats. An increase of diuresis, a rise of the glomerular filtration rate with a decrease of the creatinine concentration in the blood plasma and a significant fall of the protein concentration in the urine and its excretion have been established. |
