Abstract:	In order to study the efficacy of enalapril in the treatment of ischemic heart disease 59 pts with unstable angina (29 of them received basic antiischemic treatment and enalapril, 30 - only basic treatment) were examined by means of Hotter ECG monitoring before and after 2-week treatment period. It was shown that enalapril increased antianginal, antiischemic and antiarrhythmic effects of the traditional treatment in the patients with unstable angina.
