Лікування післяопераційного тромбозу глибоких вен нижніх кінцівок

Abstract

Вивчено особливості впливу внутрішньотканинного електрофонофорезу (ВТЕФФ) гепарину, нікотинової кислоти та новокаїну на систему гемостазу у хворих з гострим тромбозом глибоких вен нижніх кінцівок і динаміку змін венозного тиску враженої кінцівки. Встановлено, що застосування ВТЕФФ сприяє швидкому зниженню венозного тиску, нормалізації потенціалу гемо коагуляції, підвищує ферментативну фібринолітичну активність плазми крові і знижує неензиматичний лізис фібрин/фібриногену, відновлює потенціальну активність плазміногену та підвищує інтенсивність Хагеман-залежного фібринолізу.

The peculiarities of influence of the intratissue electrophonophoresis with nicotine acid, heparin and novocaine on the hemostatic system in patients with acute deep vein thrombosis and dynamics of vein pressure changes of the affected leg were studied. It was estimated that the usage of intratissue electrophonophoresis with nicotine acid, heparin and novocaine promoted the quick fall of the vein pressure of the affected leg, normalization of the hemostatic potential, increased the enzyme fibrinolytic activity of the blood plasma and decreased nonenzyme lysis of flbrin/fibrinogen, stored the potential activity of plasminogen and increased the intensity of Hageman-dependent fibrinolysis.
