Abstract

In the article it have been expounded the results of investigation of the influence of the new hepatoprotector glutargin on the indices of carbohydrate metabolism and insulin resistance in the patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, which developed on the background of diabetes mellitus of type 2. Glutargin reliably decreases the degree of peripheral tissue insulin resistance, promotes the rapid compensation of carbohydrate metabolism in the subcompensated diabetes mellitus of 2 type of middle degree severity.
