Метаболічні аспекти синдрому інсулінорезистентності як передумови розвитку неалкогольного стеатозу печінки

Abstract

In the article were considered the metabolic pre-conditions and risk factors of development and progression of nonalcoholic liver steatosis, the most meaningful from which are: postprandial hyperglycemia, increase the degree of glycated transporting proteins, hyperinsulinemia, decrease of peripheral tissue insulin sensitiveness, hyper- trigliceridemia general and in composition of very low density lipoproteins, deficit of high density lipoproteins and hyperleptinemia.
