| Abstract: | The situation on the eastern front and the enemy's aggression throughout the territory of Ukraine caused the need for a powerful development of the rehabilitation system, which, accordingly, at the same time requires the reproduction of terms in the language to denote the concepts of this sphere. Today, the term system of rehabilitation as a subject of research attracts more and more attention of Ukrainian philologists and, accordingly, cooperation with specialists in this field abroad. Our research is related to the analysis of the functioning of the concept "rehabilitation" in English medical discourse. We study "rehabilitation" in the conceptual direction to be promising for the application of its results in classes, intercultural communication and research activities of higher education students; for compiling an English-Ukrainian dictionary, which can be useful not only to a narrow circle of specialists who cooperate with their foreign colleagues, but also to translators of scientific medical conferences, which are becoming more and more relevant in the field of rehabilitation, and directly to patients undergoing rehabilitation abroad. The aim of the study. The research is aimed at modeling the concept sphere "rehabilitation" in the English language and identifying the structure of the concept, distinguishing the inherent systemic connections of this concept sphere. The purpose of the work is to develop a comprehensive analysis of the content and features of the organization of the "rehabilitation" concept sphere by identifying linguistic means that verbalize this concept sphere in the English medical discourse. |
