Choice of treatment tactics for patients with trophic ulcers with chronic venous insufficiency.

Abstract

Trophic ulcers in chronic venous insufficiency occur in 27.12% of the population of Ukraine. In these patients, social activity decreases and disability increases. These factors require the development and implementation of new principles of comprehensive treatment of this pathology, taking into account modern technologies. The aim of the study. To optimize the treatment of patients with chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities by means of a differentiated approach, taking into account the data of ultrasound examination of the venous system and probable ways of the formation of pathological blood flow.
