Abstract:	Metabolic disorders in patients with gout at the current stage occupy a leading place. The aim of the study. To find out frequency of metabolic disorders in patients with gout Material and methods. 146 patients with gout aged 40-78 years were examined, 86 of them were men. Clinical, laboratory-biochemical, instrumental, radiological methods of diagnosis verification were used.
