Фотодинамічна терапія в комплексному лікуванні генералізованого пародонтиту

Abstract

Анотація. Серед великої кількості стоматологічних захворювань є такі хвороби, які зустрічаються в переважної більшості людей, зокрема, такими є захворювання тканин пародонта, на які в Україні страждає від 80 до 90% населення. Розвиток пародонтиту характеризується поліетіологічністю, проте, домінуючим фактором є мікробна флора. При цьому встановлено, що захворювання може бути викликане різними бактеріями, що заселяють ротову порожнину. Проведений аналіз клінічних результатів лікування хворих основної групи і групи порівняння показав, що використання в схемі лікування фотодинамічної терапії системою «Helbo» створює оптимальні умови для швидкого усунення основних клінічних ознак захворювання в тканинах пародонту хворих на хронічний генералізований пародонтит. Abstract. Among the large number of dental diseases, there are such ones that occur in the overwhelming majority of people. Such diseases include periodontal tissues diseases: its morbidity in Ukraine is from 80 to 90% of the population. Ethyology of periodontitis is characterized by different factors, however, the microbial flora is the dominant factor. It has been found that the periodontitis can be caused by various bacteria that are situated in the oral cavity. The analysis of the clinical results of treatment of patients in both main group and comparison groups showed that the usage of the photodynamic therapy system called “Helbo” provides optimal conditions for the rapid elimination of the main clinical manifestations of the disease in the periodontal tissues in patients with chronic generalized periodontitis.
