Сучасні уявлення про етіопатогенез, класифікацію та ранню діагностику вад розвитку промежини

Abstract

Мета дослідження – проаналізувати сучасні наукові джерела, які висвітлюють особливості становлення аноректальних вроджених вад; виявити суперечності у встановленні єдиної класифікації аноректальних вроджених вад. Висновки. На основі проведеного аналізу сучасних наукових джерел, присвячених висвітленню етіопатогенетичних особливостей аноректальних вад, їх класифікації та особливостям ранньої діагностики, встановлено, що невирішеним залишається питання щодо ролі сечо-прямокишкової перегородки у поділі клоаки. Відсутніми є чітке одностайне розуміння джерела виникнення цієї перегородки, а також єдина класифікація аноректальних вад, яка б охоплювала етіопатогенетичні та топографоанатомічні особливості становлення аноректальних вад розвитку, класифікація ранніх діагностичних та хірургічних підходів.

Purpose of the study – to analyze modern scientific sources that highlight the features of the formation of anorectal congenital defects; to identify contradictions in establishing a unified classification of anorectal congenital defects. Conclusions. According to the analysis of modern scientific sources, which are devoted to highlighting the etiopathogenetic features of anorectal defects, their classification, and the features of their early diagnosis, it was concluded that the question of the role of the urorectal septum in the division of the cloaca is finally unresolved; there is no clear one-sided understanding of the source of the origin of this septum. There is no single classification of anorectal defects, which would cover the etiopathogenetic and topographic-anatomical features of the formation of anorectal defects, classification of early diagnostic and surgical approaches.
