Relation between Helicobacter pylori cagA Status and Risk of complications Peptic Ulcer in children

Abstract

Pathogenicity genes of H.pylori studied in children with complicated peptic ulcer disease. Found that patients with compicated ulcer disease prevails serotype I (CagA+ Vac A+) H.pylori. CagA gene H.pylori is a factor that determines the nature of the disease in children.
