Pathogenicity genes of H.pylori studied in children with complicated peptic ulcer disease. Found that patients with compicated ulcer disease prevails serotype I (CagA+ Vac A+) H.pylori. CagA gene H.pylori is a factor that determines the nature of the disease in children. |
