Abstract:
Peritonitis remains an unsolved problem in modern surgery up till now. A great number of techniques that may improve the results of treatment of this pathology have been elaborated up till now. A clear-cut notion about the principal aspects of peritonitis pathogenesis will help to choose a maximal effective combination of these techniques and
improve the results of treatment of this terrible complication.
