dc.description.abstract	We have elaborated and approbated the technique of a snap evaluation for the integral state of the health of communities and their residential areas based on Ukraine's materials.The technique makes it possible to obtain reliable information to accept management current and strategist decisions in the state and on its separate territories in the presence of limited medico-demographic data.	ru_RU
