Морфометричні параметри утворів чоловічої промежини плодів

Abstract

Мета дослідження – отримати та проаналізувати з використанням статистичних методів морфометричні параметри утворів чоловічої промежини. Висновки. 1. Нами встановлено основні дистанції між утворами чоловічої промежини, за якими можливо охарактеризувати гармонійність її розвитку: a) відстань між центром промежинного тіла та верхівкою куприка; б) відстань між центром промежинного тіла та переднім краєм цибулинно-губчастого м’яза; c) відстань між центром промежинного тіла та точками вплітання волокон сідничо-печеристого м’яза; d) відстань між центром промежинного тіла та відхідником; e) відстань між переднім краєм цибулинно-губчастого м’яза та верхівкою куприка; f) відстань між переднім краєм цибулинно-губчастого м’яза та відхідником; g) відстань між переднім краєм лобкового симфізу та верхівкою куприка; h) відстань між сідничими горбами; i) відстань між сідничим горбком та верхівкою куприка; j) Відстань між сідничим горбком та відхідником; k) Відстань між сідничим горбком та переднім краєм цибулинно-губчастого м’яза. 2. У результаті проведеного статистичного аналізу зміни інтенсивності морфометричних параметрів запропонованих дистанцій, нами встановлено періоди прискореного та уповільненого їх розвитку.

The purpose of the study is to obtain and analyze using statistical methods the morphometric parameters of male perineal formations. Conclusions. 1. We have established the main distances between the formations of the male perineum, by which it is possible to characterize the harmony of its development: a. The distance between the center of the perineal body and the tip of the coccyx; b. The distance between the center of the perineal body and the anterior edge of the bulbospongiosus muscle; c. The distance between the center of the perineal body and the points of interweaving of the fibers of the gluteal cavernous muscle; d. The distance between the center of the perineal body and the scrotum; e. The distance between the anterior edge of the bulbospongiosus muscle and the scrotum; f. The distance between the anterior edge of the bulbospongiosus muscle and the scrotum; g. The distance between the anterior edge of the pubic symphysis and the tip of the coccyx; h. Distance between the ischial tubercles; i. Distance between the ischial tubercle and the top of the coccyx; j. Distance between the ischial tubercle and the ischial tubercle; k. Distance between the ischial tubercle and the anterior edge of the bulbospongiosus muscle. 2. As a result of the statistical analysis of the change in the intensity of the morphometric parameters of the proposed distances, we established periods of accelerated and slowed down their development.
