Особливості препарування судин і нервів долонної ділянки кисті

Abstract

Резюме. Дослідження топографії судин і нервів долонної ділянки кисті людини є актуальним питанням сучасної хірургії. У вивченні анатомічної мінливості поверхневих і глибоких судинно-нервових утворень долонної ділянки кисті людини у віковому аспекті пріоритетного значення набуває алгоритм анатомічного препарування. Однак, у джерелах доступної нам літератури ми не зустріли відомостей щодо послідовності дій під час препарування долонної ділянки кисті людини. Дотримання послідовності анатомічного препарування судин і нервів долонної ділянки кисті людини забезпечує не тільки високу репрезентативність і наукову цінність отриманих результатів, але й раціональне використання біологічного матеріалу. Це також знижує ризик пошкодження важливих судинно-нервових структур під час препарування, що має значення як для практичних медичних досліджень, так й для подальшого клінічного застосування. Нами описано методику анатомічного препарування судин і нервів долонної ділянки кисті людини, а також висвітлено їхню варіантну анатомію. Метою дослідження було визначення методики найбільш раціональної послідовності дій під час препарування судин і нервів долонної ділянки кисті людини для одержання стандартних результатів, придатних для співставлення у віковому аспекті. Запропонована та апробована методика препарування поверхневих і глибоких судинно-нервових утворень долонної ділянки кисті людини забезпечує стандартність одержання даних щодо їхньої індивідуальної і вікової анатомічної мінливості. Використана послідовність дій під час препарування утворень долонної ділянки кисті людини максимально зберігає співвідношень між структурами об’єктів дослідження, що дозволяє детальніше вивчати функціональні та клінічні аспекти цієї ділянки.

Abstract. The study of the topography of the vessels and nerves of the palmar region of the human hand is an urgent issue of modern surgery. In the study of the anatomical variability of superficial and deep vascular- nervous formations of the palmar region of the human hand in the age aspect, the anatomical dissection algorithm acquires priority. However, in the available literature, we did not find any information about the sequence of actions during the preparation of the palmar region of a human hand. Adherence to the sequence of anatomical preparation of vessels and nerves of the palmar region of the human hand ensures not only the high representativeness and scientific value of the obtained results but also the rational use of biological material. It also reduces the risk of damage to important neurovascular structures during dissection, which is important both for practical medical research and for further clinical applications. We have described the method of anatomical preparation of vessels and nerves of the palm part of the human hand, as well as highlighted their variant anatomy. The purpose of the study was to determine the most rational sequence of actions during the preparation of vessels and nerves of the palmar region to obtain standard results suitable for age comparison. The proposed and tested method of dissection of superficial and deep vascular-nerve formations of the palmar region of the human hand ensures the standard of obtaining data regarding their individual and age-related anatomical variability. The sequence of actions used during the preparation of formations of the palm part of the human hand preserves the relationships between the structures of the research objects as much as possible, which allows for a more detailed study of the functional and clinical aspects of this part.
