Abstract:
Ціль. Провести ретроспективний аналіз впливу ожиріння на тяжкість перебігу COVID-19 на підставі аналізу карти стаціонарної хворої, яка знаходилась на лікуванні в інфекційному підрозділі ОКНП «Чернівецька обласна клінічна лікарня». Висновок. У пацієнтів з ожирінням (ІМТ > 40) COVID-19 перебігає значно тяжче, порівняно із пацієнтами, в яких маса тіла в межах допустимих норм. Також надмірна маса тіла значно підвищує ризик ускладнень у хворих на COVID-19, викликану Sars-Cov2, та частіше призводить до летального наслідку. Aim: To conduct a retrospective analysis of the influence of obesity on the severity of the course of COVID-19 based on the analysis of the chart of an inpatient who was treated in the infectious department of the Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Hospital. Conclusion. In patients with obesity (BMI > 40), the course of COVID-19 is much more severe, compared to patients whose body weight is within acceptable norms. Also, excess body weight significantly increases the risk of complications in patients with COVID-19 caused by Sars-Cov2, and more often leads to a fatal outcome.
