Objective: to evaluate the polymorphic variants of AGT (rs4762) and GNB3 (rs5443) genes as predictors of myocardium left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with essential arterial hypertension (EAH). Conclusion. LV hypertrophic models associate with AGT (rs4762) and GNB3 (rs5443) genes polymorphic variants in hypertensive patients, as well as ELVH with BP elevation.
