Abstract: The given publication provides the reader with the comprehensive system of scientific and methodological supportion in the process of development of psychological readiness for innovation and competitiveness personality: psycho-organizational technology; interactive creative correction – developing methods and psychological means of self-improvement, development of creativity and competitiveness of the individual; step by step algorithm of reflexive and innovative training.is described.
