Теоретико-феноменологічні підходи до вивчення поняття трансформації особистості військовослужбовців внаслідок бойової травми

Abstract

Мета роботи – на основі системного підходу до вивчення індивідуально- психологічних, патопсихологічних та психосоціальних особливостей дослідити профіль особистості військовослужбовців з особистісними розладами, що виникли внаслідок перенесеної бойової травми, в проекції двох різних сучасних діагностичних класифікацій психічних розладів (МКХ-11 та DSM-5) із урахуванням патогенетичного та патопластичного впливу преморбідної особистісної структури на формування синдромокомплексу, його трансформацію та можливість зворотного розвитку. Висновки. 1. Аналіз сучасної літератури свідчить, що проблематика трансформації особистості в процесі подолання життєвих криз є доволі актуальною. Вона розглядається науковцями в різних аспектах і проявах, однак зі збільшенням напрацювань не вистачає саме комплексних обґрунтованих теоретичних досліджень. У зв’язку з військовими діями, що тривають, а також зростанням частоти психічних розладів внаслідок перенесеної бойової травми, особливої актуальності набуває дослідження трансформації особистості саме у військовослужбовців. 2. Бойовою психічною травмою є деформація психологічних механізмів саморегуляції і прорив бойовим стрес-фактором захисту психіки особистості, в результаті чого відбувається перевищення її адаптаційних можливостей. 3. В умовах переходу вітчизняної психіатрії на нову класифікацію МКХ-11 розуміння трансформації особистості під впливом бойової травми в розвиток особистісних розладів постає як одне з найбільш актуальних питань сучасної теоретичної та практичної психіатрії. Відповідно, виникає завдання розробки та використання додаткових інструментів об’єктивізації оцінки ступеня тяжкості. 4. Враховуючи вищенаведене, можна стверджувати, що розробка алгоритмів діагностики та диференційної діагностики трансформації структури особистості в особистісні розлади у військовослужбовців в результаті перенесеної бойової травми, а також розробка рекомендацій щодо реабілітації та ресоціалізації військовослужбовців із особистісними психічними розладами, які виникли в результаті перенесеної бойової травми, є актуальним, необхідним та своєчасним завданням.

The purpose of the work – to investigate the personality profile of military personnel with personality disorders resulting from combat trauma, based on a systematic approach to the study of individual-psychological, pathopsychological, and psychosocial features, in the projection of two different modern diagnostic classifications of mental disorders (ICX-11 and DSM-5) taking into account the pathogenetic and pathoplastic influence of the premorbid personality structure on the formation of the syndrome complex, its transformation and the possibility of reverse development. Conclusions. 1. The analysis of modern literature shows that the issue of personality transformation in the process of overcoming life crises is quite relevant. It is considered by scientists in various aspects and manifestations, however, with the increase in development, there is a lack of comprehensive, substantiated theoretical research. In connection with the ongoing military operations, as well as the increase in the frequency of mental disorders as a result of combat trauma, the study of personality transformation in military personnel is of particular relevance. 2. Combat mental trauma is a deformation of the psychological mechanisms of self-regulation and a breakthrough by the combat stress factor of the protection of the psyche of the individual, as a result of which there is an excess of its adaptive capabilities. 3. In the context of the transition of domestic psychiatry to the new classification of ICD-11, understanding the transformation of personality under the influence of combat trauma into the development of personality disorders appears as one of the most urgent issues of modern theoretical and practical psychiatry. Accordingly, there is a task of developing and using additional tools for the objectification of severity assessment. 4. Taking into account the above, it can be argued that the development of diagnostic algorithms and differential diagnosis of the transformation of the personality structure into personality disorders in servicemen as a result of combat trauma, as well as the development of recommendations for the rehabilitation and resocialization of servicemen with personal mental disorders that arose as a result of combat trauma, is relevant, necessary and timely.
