Abstract

Psoriasis is a genetically determined immune-mediated chronic systemic disease characterized by the development of erythematous, indurated, scaly, pruritic and often painful skin plaques. Psoriasis nowadays characterizes whith higher behavior that proves an importance of treatment of psoriatic patients.
