Abstract:
The research was carried on 31 preparation of prefetusses, fetusses and neonates by means of methods of micro-macro preparation, reconstruction preparation and topographo-anatomical section. We also studied 10 series of microscopic sections of prefetusses. The results of the research showed that the ligaments of the spleen were developed poorly in fetusses and neonates. They are represented by thin layers of the abdomen which resemble a film and connect the spleen with the adjacent organs. The perm anent ligaments are gastrolienic, phrenicolienic, phrenicocolis. The colonоsplenic, pancreatosplenic, nephrosplenic ligaments are considered to be non-permanent. The amount, shape, size and extent of the splenic ligaments have an individual character.
