Можливий механізм натрійуретичної дії блокаторів кальцієвих каналів

Abstract

The experiments on white rats have shown that the increase of natriuresis under the influence of calcium channel blockers (CCB) coincides with the dynamics of the data concerning the content of natriuretic hormone (NUH) in the blood plasma. This fact gives evidence to suggest that NUH plays an important part in the CCB effect uhon the kidneys.
