Проблема тканинного фібринолізу у віковому аспекті

Abstract

Му ain has been to show in experimental research age – related changes of fibrinolysis in tissues of white rat's organs (brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidney and small intestines). Original method has been used. It based on fibrin lysis (destruction, as of cells by a specific lysin) of organ's homogenates. In all rats we noted the fall of tissue’s fibrinolysis activity with plasma-system activation of fibrinolysis. We find a proof-reader that further intensification synthesis of tissue's activators of plasminogen.
