За результатами дослідження 114 хворих на виразкову хворобу (ВХ) з ускладненнями. 32 хворих на ВХ без ускладнень, а також 30 практично здорових осіб зрілого, похилого та старечого віку встановлено, що при ускладненій ВХ мас місце неконтрольоване підсилення процесів ВРОЛ, найбільш значне при шлунково-кишковій кровотечі. Воно обумовлено, насамперед, декомпенсацією глутатіонової системи протирадикального захисту. Це призводить, зокрема, до ушкоджень мембран еритроцитів, змін їх структурно-функціональних властивостей, мікроциркуляторних розладів.
We have studied 114 people with complicated ulcerous disease, 32 with ulcerous disease without complications and 30 practically healthy people of mature, slanting and old ages. We have learnt that during complicated ulcerous disease the procceses of free radical lipid peroxidation have intensified, especially during gastrorrhagia. This situation is connected with the decompensation of the gluthathion antiradical protective system, which caused, specifically, to the injury of membranes of the erythrocytes, rouse to the changing of structural and functional peculiarities of the erythrocytes and disorders of microcirculation.
