For the first time the energy-consuming mechanism of the erythrocyte motion force in the process of their passage through the capillaries is interpreted in a postulating form on the basis of the theory of bioinertisation.
The key link of this mechanism is erythrocyte deformability caused by a change of the Na+, К+ ATP-ase activity under the influence of external charges and neuroendocrine factors.
According to the aurhor’s point the arterial pressure is largely due to the thres-hold of erythrocyte irritation (capillary entry resistance) and the motion force quantity developed by erythrocytes in the capillaries.
