| Abstract: | У 12 хворих наркоманів з гнійно-запальними захворюваннями м'яких тканин комплексне лікування включало оперативний розтин гнояка, антибактеріальну терапію та місцевий вплив на рану. Завдяки активній санації вогнища гнійного запалення термін лікування скоротився на 3-4 дні. A course of multimodality treatment in 12 sick drug addicts with pyo-inflammatory deseases of the soft tissues included operative lancing of a pyogenic abscess, antibacterial therapy and a topical influence on the wound. Due to an active debridement of the focus of the suppurative inflammation the term of treatment shortened by 3-4 days. |
