Антимікробна активність бактисубтіла

Abstract

Бактисубтіл (B.cereus ІР5832) за сумісного культивування в оптимальному рідкому середовищі, починаючи з 24 год інкубації, значно знижує популяційний рівень патогенних та умовно патогенних ентеробактерій впродовж семи діб досліджень. Дещо менша дія бактерійного препарату стосовно умовно патогенних стафілококів. Пригнічення їх популяційного рівня починається через 24 год і закінчується через чотири доби. У наступному періоді (до семи діб) інгібуюча дія значно знижується. Популяційний рівень дріжджеподібних грибів роду Candida під впливом бактисубтіла впродовж трьох діб підвищується, а починаючи з четвертої доби поступово зменшується. Антагоністична активність бактисубтіла найбільша до патогенних та умовно патогенних ентеробактерій (від 20,39±0,01% до 49,45±0,08%), стафілококів (від 6,06±0,06% до 25,5±0,27%).

Bactisubtil (B.cereus IP5832) considerably lowers the population level of the pathogenic and opportunistic pattogenic enterobacteria as a result of joint culturing in an optimal liquid medium begining from the 24th hour of incubation and this process goes on up to 7 days of investigation. The effect of this bacteritic remedy with respect to opportunistic pathogenic staphylococci is somewhat lower. Inhibition of their population level begins in 24 hours and is over in 4 days, its inhibiting action having been reduced in the ensuing period (isp to 7 days). The population level of yeasty fungi of the Candida type elevates under the influence of Bactisubtil during three days and gradually diminishes, beginning with the 4th day. Antagonistic activity of Bactisubtil is most marked with respect to the pathogenic and opportunistic pathogenic enterobacteria (from 20,39±0,01% to 49,45±0,08%), staphylococci (from 6,06±0,06% to 25,5±0,27%)
