Вивчено вплив ербісолу (гепатопротектора, імунокоректора) на пероксидне окиснення ліпідів (ПОЛ) у 35 хворих на вірусні гепатити (ВГ) А, В, С у ранній період реконвалесценції. Аналіз результатів показав вірогідність зменшення малонового альдегіду та збільшення вмісту глутатіонзалежних ферментів, зокрема відновленого глутатіону. Запропонований алгоритм лікування хворих на ВГ у період реконвалесценції залежно від важкості перебігу хвороби та віку.
The influence of erbisol (hepatoprotector, immunoprotector) on the lipid peroxidation (ZP) of 35 patients with acute viral hepatites (VH) A, B, С at an earlier stage of convalescence has been studied. The latter is testified by an accurate reduction of malonic aldehyde, on the one hand, and an increase of the content of glutathione – dependent enzymes, in particular, reduced glutatione, on the other hand. An algorithm of treatment of VH patients during the convalescent period, depending on the severity of the disease course and age has been proposed.
