Роль інгібіну у фізіологічному контролі дозрівання фолікулів

Abstract

У статті приведено огляд літератури щодо механізму дії інгібіну в процесі формування фолікула, який повинен стати домінуючим і секретувати естрогени впродовж нормального менструального циклу. Розглянуто сучасні відомості про інгібін, його структуру, локалізацію в організмі людини, взаємодію з іншими гонадотропними гормонами (фолітропіном, лютропіном, пролактином) та виявлення інгібіну при деяких видах безпліддя, зокрема, при синдромі склерокістозних яєчників.

A review material dealing with the action mechanism of inhibin in the process of the follicle formation is presented in this article. It must become dominating and should secrete estrogens in the process of the normal menstrual cycle. We have also presented up-to-date information about inhibin, its structure, localization in the organisation of a human being, correlations with other gonadotropic hormones (follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, prolactin) as well as data dealing with revealing of inhibin in some cases of infertility, in particular in case of the syndrome of sclerocystic ovaries.
