Вивчено комплексні показники імунного статусу Т-, В, та А-ланки системи імунітету у хворих на ішемічний інсульт у гострому періоді, у хворих наявні зміни всіх трьох ланок імунітету. Суттєві зрушення показників Т-клітинної ланки системи імунітету пов'язані з порушенням автономної саморегуляції імунних реакцій та формуванням автоімунних розладів. Встановлено зростання імунних комплексів малих та середніх розмірів, зниження захватної та поглинальної здатності поліморфноядерних нейтрофілів та резерву бактерицидної активності фагоцитувальних клітин.
Complex indices of the immunologic status of the T-, B-, and A-link of the immune system have been studied in patients with ischemic stroke during the acute phase. Changes of all three links of immunity are observed in all the patients. Material changes of the indices of the T-cellular link of the immune system are connected with disturbances of the autonomous autoregulation of immune reactions and the formation of autoimmune disorders. An increase of immune complexes, of small and medium dimensions, a decrease of the capturing and absorbing ability of the polymorphonuclear neutrophils and the reserve of the bactericidal activity of the phagocytic cells have been established.
