Для оцінки взаємозумовленості різних резервів серця, їх розгортання в процесі зміни функціональною стану міокарда в результаті фізичного навантаження та ролі коронарного резерву як провідного фактора, що обмежує реалізацію інших резервів, було обстежено 40 пацієнтів з клінічними проявами ішемії міокарда. Всім пацієнтам була проведена стрес-ехокардіографія (стрес-ЕхоКГ) з велоергометрією (ВЕМ) за стандартною методикою. Всіх пацієнтів було розподілено на 2 групи: з високим (негативна ВЕМ-проба) та обмеженим (пацієнти зі стабільною стенокардією (СС) ІІ-ІІІ функціонального класу (ФК)) коронарним резервом. У результаті дослідження встановлено, що у хворих на СС ІІ-ІІІ ФК серце може задіяти діастолічний та систолічний резерви як реакцію на фізичне навантаження, але помірне обмеження коронарного резерву виступає лімітуючим фактором в реалізації даних механізмів.
40 patients with clinical manifestations of ischemic heart disease were examined in order to assess the interconditionality of various heart reserves, their evolution in the process of changes of the myocardial functional state as a result of physical loading and the role of the coronary reserve as a key factor, limiting the realization of other reserves. All the patients underwent stress-echocardiography (stress-EchoCG) with bicycle ergomerty (BEM) in accordance with the standard technique. All the patients were divided into two groups: with a high (negative BEM-test) and a limited one (patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) of the IInd – IIId functional class (FC)) coronary reserve. As a result of an investigation it has been established that the heart may engage diastolic and systolic reserves in patients with SAP of the II-III FC as a response to physical loading, but a moderate limitation of the coronary reserve appears in the role of a limiting factor in the realization of these mechanisms.
