Проведено аналіз неврологічної симптоматики у 46 хворих з патологічно рухомою ниркою (ПРН). Встановлено, що перебіг ПРН найбільш часто супроводжується астенічним, больовим та нейросоматичним синдромами, що зумовлено здебільшого порушеннями функції вегетативної нервової системи (ВНС). Доведено, що лікування неврологічних порушень повинно бути спрямовано на ліквідацію ПРН, нормалізацію функції ВНС і підвищення адаптаційних можливостей організму.
An analysis of neurologic symptomatology in 46 patients with a pathologically movable kidney (PMK) has been performed. It has been established that the PMK course is accompanied by asthenic, pain and neurosomatic syndromes, predominantly due to dysfunctions of the vegetative nervous system (VNS). It has been proved that the treatment must be directed at the liquidation of PMK, the normalization of the VNS function and an increase of adaptation potentiabililies of the organism.
