dc.description.abstract	In a prospective study involved 68 child with sensorineural deafness from 6 to 18 years, whose parents signed informed consent to participate in research. The control group consisted of 40 healthy individuals matched for age and sex. Potential risk factors were determined using methods of clinical epidemiology. Chronic nonobstructive disease of the upper respiratory tract and chronic obstructive diseases of the lower respiratory tract increased the risk of sensorineural deafness in children by a 3,75-7,81 time and by a 4,69-6,35 time, respectively.	ru_RU
