The article deals with findings obtained by histochemical study of changes in protein amines after applying various techniques of kidney histological sections staining in experimental animals in the early stages of drug-induced diabetes. It was noticed that in the early stages of streptozotocin-induced diabetes, lesions in protein amines of rats’ renal glomeruli occures in various sequential order.
