dc.description.abstract Investigations of 69 samples of the myocardium following acute coronary insufficiency (ACI), 69 with chronic ischemic heart disease and 20 specimens of the control group were carried out. Operative characteristics of spectral-selective laser autofluorescent polarimetry of optically anisotropic structures of myocardium in comparison with the traditional method of ACI verification have been stated. The investigated method emonstrated a high level of the balanced accuracy for ACI diagnostics ru_RU
