dc.description.abstract	200 pts with arterial hypertension have been studied, in 170 of them arterial hypertension was combined with ischemic heart disease. The investigation included transesophageal cardiac pacing, echocardiography combined with drug stress, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. The use of enalapril effectively normalized blood pressure in all patients, causing improvement of the coronary reserve and the increase of ejection fraction.	ru_RU
