dc.description.abstract	In order to study the efficacy of enalapril in the treatment of ischemic heart disease 59 pts with unstable angina (29 of them received basic antiischemic treatment and enalapril, 30 - only basic treatment) were examined by means of Hotter ECG monitoring before and after 2-week treatment period. It was shown that enalapril increased antianginal, antiischemic and antiarrhythmic effects of the traditional treatment in the patients with unstable angina.	ru_RU
