Особливості розвитку печінкової недостатності та шляхи її корекції при кишковій обструкції на фоні цукрового діабету

Abstract

Carried experiments evidence that purulent peritonitis is a reason for the development of liver insufficiency in cases of bowel obstruction. In associated pathology, liver insufficiency appears without peritonitis and that can be explained by the liver injury. Considering this, we propose to widen indication for preoperative care and to intensity detoxicative and hepato-protective measures after the operation. Preview analysis of clinical application of such treatment policy was done.
