Abstract

Assessment of the patient's general status severity grade with billiary peritonitis using Manheim prognostication grade system - Manheim peritoneal index - has shown that this assessment grade system is rather informative criteria as to the prognostication of billiary peritonitis future development, but to establish the proper grade of severity one need to have information as to the quality of peritoneal exudates and the scope of its spread.
