dc.description.abstract | On the basis of acute intestinal obstruction pathogenesis study treatment complex has been worked out with the aim to reduce intestinal wall reperfusion injury, its lumen cleansing and decompression by means of originally constructed sound. In the course of operative interventions newly developed methods of intestinal wall viability assessment, anastomosis creating and suture line defending were applied. Efficacy of planned "second looked" abdominal interventions to assess organs viability, suture line leakage prophylaxis and peritonitis management has been shown. | ru_RU |
