Деякі аспекти розвитку неспроможності кишкових швів при системній патології

Abstract

Results of experimental researches of mechanism insufficiency of intestinal stitches development in system pathology are presented. It has been established, that various pathogenic processes can cause the insufficiency of stitches line. In the early postoperative period principal causes of it is an infringement of hermetic sealing of the channels of a thread as consequence of changes in a system of a hemostasis. In later period the insufficiency of stitches develops owing to changes in nonspecific resistance, infringements of processes of regeneration and formation of a connective tissue.
