Застосування комбінації S-амлодипіну з лізиноприлом у хворих на гіпертонічну хворобу у практиці сімейного лікаря

Abstract

Parameters of blood pressure (BP), insulin resistance (IR), carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in 20 outpatients with essential hypertension under combined antihypertensive treatment with S-amlodipine and lisinopril have been evaluated. It has been found out that combined antihypertensive treatment with S-amlodipine and lisinopril during 1 month target levels of BP achieved in 90% of patients and had no effect on parameters of IR, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, levels of TNF-α.
