Історія становлення, сьогодення і майбутнє кафедри хірургії № 2 (до 80-річчя створення Буковинського державного медичного університету)

Abstract

Резюме. Колектив кафедри госпітальної хірургії з перших днів від заснування медичного інституту у 1944 році, стояв у витоків розвитку хірургічної науки на Буковині. Історія розвитку тісно пов’язана з відомими, на той час, хірургами-науковцями, які присвятили себе вивченню питань гнійної хірургії, пораненням органів грудної та черевної порожнин, патології сечовивідної системи. В умовах сьогодення, колектив кафедри гідно продовжує як наукову, так і лікувальну роботу. Упродовж 80 років опубліковано 1225 наукових праць, захищено 51 дисертацію, започатковано виконання малоінвазивних ендоскопічних втручань на жовчовивідних протоках та підшлунковій залозі. Активно розвивається судинна хірургія, що направлена на вирішення проблем артерій, вен, лімфатичної системи та різних видів трофічних порушень нижніх кінцівок з допомогою використання цілої серії новітніх методів діагностики та лікування захворювання судин.

Abstract. The staff of the department of hospital surgery from the first days of the founding of the medical institute in 1944 stood at the origins of the development of surgical science in Bukovina. The history of development is closely related to the well-known, at that time, scientific surgeons who devoted themselves to the study of purulent surgery, injuries of the thoracic and abdominal organs, pathology of the urinary system. In today’s conditions, the staff of the department decently continues both scientific and medical work. Over the course of 80 years, 1225 scientific papers were published, 51 theses were defended, and minimally invasive endoscopic interventions on the biliary ducts and the hypogastric gland were started. Vascular surgery is actively developing, aimed at solving the problems of arteries, veins, the lymphatic system and various types of trophic disorders of the lower extremities using a whole series of the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases.
