Purpose: to investigate the correlation-regression relationship of indicators of systemic inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, cytokine and lipid profiles of blood serum taking into account the T-786C polymorphism of the eNOS gene in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in combination with arterial hypertension (AH), abdominal obesity (AB) and type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Conclusions. The obtained results indicate the presence of correlations between indicators of systemic inflammation, endothelial function and dyslipidemia in RA patients with comorbid pathology, taking into account genetic predictors.uk_UA
