Гендерні, вікові та морфофункціональні особливості якості життя пацієнтів зі стабільною стенокардією

Abstract

Мета роботи – дослідити якість життя (ЯЖ) хворих на стабільну стенокардію (СтСт) залежно від розподілу за віком, статтю та тяжкістю стенокардії. Мета роботи – дослідити якість життя (ЯЖ) хворих на стабільну стенокардію (СтСт) залежно від розподілу за віком, статтю та тяжкістю стенокардії. Aim of the work is to investigate the quality of life (QoL) of patients with stable angina pectoris (SA) depending on gender, age distribution and severity of angina pectoris. Conclusions. Positive dynamics of the quality of life is associated with a lower functional class of stable angina pectoris, lower severity of heart failure, favorable shifts in the lipid spectrum, an increase in the left ventricular ejection fraction and the thresh-old load of cycle ergometry. The physical component of health is decisive in the quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris.
