Маркери прогнозування маніфестації гломерулонефриту у постковідних пацієнтів

Abstract

Метою дослідження було виявити можливий взаємозв’язок між COVID-19 середньої важкості та маніфестацією гломерулонефриту. Висновок. У клінічній практиці може бути використаний метод кластерного та класифікаційного аналізу, який визначає основні чинники для діагностики та прогнозування (ІЛ-1β сечі, ІЛ-6 сечі, ІЛ-6 крові). Цей метод діагностики, який відрізняється від звичайних регресійних методів, базується на застосуванні кластерних та класифікаційних методів Data Mining, надає змогу встановлювати взаємозв’язок між діагнозом COVID-19 середньої тяжкості та гломерулонефритом, що маніфестує через 1 рік.

The aim o f the study was to identify a possible relationship between moderate COVID-19 and the manifestation of glomerulonephritis. Conclusion. In clinical practice, the method of clustering and classification analysis can be used to determine the main factors for diagnosis and prognosis (urine IL-1β, urine IL-6, blood IL-6). This diagnostic method, which differs from the usual regression methods, is based on the application of clustering and classification methods of data mining and allows to establish the relationship between the diagnosis of COVID-19 of moderate severity and glomerulonephritis manifesting after 1 year.
